By accessing or using AgreeGuard, operated by Aethorn Labs Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Payments for AgreeGuard Pro are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgreeGuard is a Chrome browser extension and web service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze legal documents.

3. Not Legal Advice

Important: AgreeGuard is an informational tool only and does not provide legal advice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited analyses per day.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to charge your payment method in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
